Refunds and Returns Policy

Because our items are handmade and often made in small batches, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Returns

We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged or defective. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can review the issue.

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.

Refunds

Once your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • A replacement item
  • A refund to your original payment method

Refunds do not include original shipping costs.

Non-Returnable/Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital products
  • Perishable items
  • Sale items
  • Items damaged due to normal wear, misuse, or improper care

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days. All of our items are handmade or made in small batches, so processing times may vary slightly. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Digital Products

All digital products are delivered electronically and no physical item will be shipped. After purchase, you will receive access to your digital download via email or through your account, depending on the platform used at checkout.

Digital downloads are typically available immediately after payment is confirmed. If you do not receive your download, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

Because digital products are delivered instantly, shipping fees do not apply to digital purchases.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We currently ship within the United States.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the carrier. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If an issue arises, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly, but we’re happy to assist when possible.
