by Shaun M. Hewlett, author of the Understandable Theology Series.
With all of the confusion and despair in the world regarding identity, it can be tempting for Christians to be confused as well. However, this shouldn’t be the case. All Christians are born again, and through their new birth, God has given them a new identity. Thus, we Christians should never fear or be confused about who we are.
If you are a believer in Jesus Christ and have either struggled with your identity, or you would simply like to know more about what the Bible says about Christians, then this book is a must for you.
It is Shaun’s hope and prayer that this short little devotional will encourage all who read it to grow closer to the Lord in their Christian walk and to understand more of what God has done for His people, and who they have now become through the Gospel.
Designed to be a 31-day devotional, this book reflects on a different aspect of the Christian’s identity as a believer in Jesus Christ every day.
Topics range from what it means to be called or chosen, to foundational truths such as what it means to be born again or justified, all the way to practical topics like being a disciple and servant of Christ, this book seeks to reflect on them, applying them to the Christian life and practice.
Each new day’s short, thought-provoking, and encouraging reflection seeks to take important titles given to believers, briefly expound it, and then apply it to the Christian.
The team here at FGG Designs is happy to announce that we will be giving away a brand-new book, free of charge. Behind the scenes, Shaun has been working on a special challenge: to make a short devotional. This little book has taken him out of his comfort zone, as he is used to writing on only one topic at a time, whereas, this devotional has allowed him to study and briefly write on 31 different topics.
